The house has a total area of 46 sq.m. and includes a kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, while the other has a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

Το σπίτι είναι 15 μ. από την παραλία και 10 μ. από την πλατεία του χωριού. Είναι κοντά σε ταβέρνες, φούρνο, μπαρ, μίνι μάρκετ, με άνετο πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο και βρίσκεται 5 χιλιόμετρα μόλις από το λιμάνι του Ευδήλου.
