Fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Rural area near Decatur, Dayton, Cleveland, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Gatlinburg.

The Hepburn House

Upgraded king bed: Corporate rentals & travel nurses welcome. The Hepburn House, a charming one bedroom several blocks from Lee, is a short walk to the Greenway, coffee, bakery, and shops. 20 minutes from the Ocoee River, you're near Class IV whitewater for rafting, hiking, beautiful gorge drives and more! The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away.

Raspberry Briar Cottage

Raspberry Cottage is a quaint cottage. It has a large yard and places to walk your pets. Inviting front porch with rocking chair. The inside is decorated in farmhouse style. With repurposed creations here and there. This little house will give you a unique experience! Desk . Free WiFi. TV and VHS tapes. Dinning-room, seat four. Lovely kitchen. Bathroom with a laundry room off from it. Back porch and a small room off the porch with dog beds, feeder and water. Driveway with ample parking.

The Restful Retreat

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. There is an additional outdoor space converted from an old barn into a hangout space with a porch swing, dining table, string lights, grill, and extra seating. A fantastic place to relax!

Gray Creek Cabin

Our quiet mountain setting is just off State Highway 30 and only 15 minutes from either downtown Dayton and Chickamauga Lake or Pikeville--gateway to Highway 127 and Fall Creek Falls State Park. Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.
