Relax in this contemporary rural bungalow on the forest and close to the sea. Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

Spacious, luxury Self-Catered Boutique cottage for 2 with private garden in a small, peaceful village in the heart of the New Forest National Park; superbly located for both forest and beaches. Exbury is a quiet, estate village near the famous Exbury Gardens, created by the Rothschild family when they bought the estate in 1919. It's now a 200 acre garden, open to the public with a steam train, beautiful lakes and waterways, a walk along the Beaulieu river and an amazing plant collection.

Located near the Beaulieu river, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Beaulieu, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

The Burrow Guesthouse Harry Potter Themed

This unique oak framed conversion has aspects inspired by the Harry Potter books. Self contained with a galley style kitchen and full shower room. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with limited storage. There is a mezzanine with two beds up a ladder with a low ceiling. This is fully decked out with a Harry Potter theme to add magic and excitement. It is complete with Harry Potter themed games. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the main room for additional guests.

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

New Forest reach Holiday House

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. With secure off road parking you couldn’t find a better spot to have fun & explore. We look forward to welcoming you!

Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. The apartment is situated in the heart of West Cowes, moments from the Red Jet, good quality restaurants, bars, yacht clubs and the sea front. The space has recently been built and is bright and modern. The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxurious Egyptian Cotton linens. There is a large walk-in shower and good quality towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Coffee Machine. The sitting area is complete with nest tables and the wall-mounted TV has Netflix.

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.
