This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The studio is located on 96 acres so you can take a wander on the property and see cattle horses chooks or wild life . One pet allowed. Pet fee is $50 .
