Newly Renovated! Our family has worked to update this space to a cozy and modern home. Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, walking distance to Rite-Aid pharmacy (& ice cream) it is ideal for traveling couples, solo travelers, or for business. Very close to grocery stores, a short drive to downtown, and near the 198 highway entrance. Sequoia National Park is up the highway, about a 45 minute drive to the entrance and about 90 min to General Sherman Tree. Truly the perfect place!

Villa pool home 20 minutes to entrance of Sequoia

We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home with gorgeous views that sleeps up to 10 (there are 2 single rollaway beds if needed ) in the foothills outside of Exeter 20 minutes to the entrance to the Sequoia's, 10 minutes from Kaweah Lake and 15 minutes from Three Rivers. Enjoy our farm animals , farm tour offered; lots of games grass area ; propane fire pit; (Swimming pool is seasonal ( May thru October) Perfect for family reunions , a group getaway, or a Sequoia escape a great foothills setting!

If you decide to leave the tranquility of our pond, you can visit Lake Kaweah, Three Rivers, Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Park.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!
