If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, while enjoying the beautiful Lake Huron beach and it’s famous sunsets, then this is definitely the cottage for you. If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. The cottage itself has a cathedral ceiling and a nice open concept space for your enjoyment. There is a bedroom and a loft each with a queen bed. It's a short walk to the edge of the bluff, all roads in our community are paved and great for walking and cycling. Come, stay, relax and enjoy!
