We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

The Old Blue Cottage of St. Marys

Just south of Stratford, 20 minutes northeast of London and a little under an hour’s drive from Kitchener-Waterloo you’ll find this quaint two-bedroom retreat; one featuring a bunk bed, and principle bedroom with a walkout to the covered back deck. The Coach House is a barn converted into a comfortable rustic 2 bedroom home with an attached yoga studio set on 2.5 acres in the heart of Lucan. The studio contains a half bath and washer/dryer. The studio will be locked and only accessible for stays that are over 7 days. The owners live on the property in a separate Victorian home. The Coach House has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen , and bathroom with sink, tub/shower, and toilet. There is a Outdoor fire pit and private hot tub

Summer Cottage/ 3 Bedroom Bungalow
