Alternatively a short two minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to Exmouth town center with it’s amenities which include the railway and bus links, along with restaurants, cafes and bars.

This annex has a double bedroom with lovely views. We are right next door, so just call! Please see the notes on parking in ‘ Arrivals’ There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area with views across Exeter and countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins), or catch a bus nearby ( can be late!) Sofabed available on request. 1 WC with shower

This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
