It is in an ideal spot for exploration, as the property sits on the South West Coastal Path and you can enjoy the rural delights of North Devon from the beautiful seaside village of Combe Martin, with its rockpools and calm seas for kayaking & paddleboarding. Centre Point is a newly refurbished 1st floor apartment in a superb location just a 2 min walk from the award winning golden sand beach and village of Woolacombe. It enjoys fabulous panoramic, elevated, uninterrupted ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and out onto the 30ft long balcony, where there are sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to enjoy Al fresco dining at its very best. We have recently installed a wood-fired Hot Tub. Use is free for your entire stay. We can even preheat before arrival. You receive 2 bags of logs when you arrive / additional bags are £7.50/bag Tucked into the hedgerows the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. Enjoy spectacular sunsets over Exmoor National Park as you sip a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz.

The house is in a superb location just a minutes walk from Looe Town centre and 5 minutes walk from Looe beach. It has Wi-Fi , five smart TV's and superb harbour views. The house has just been fully renovated and re-decorated to a very high standard and has a new kitchen, new bathrooms and all new furniture. Guests will also have use of a local indoor pool and free evening entertainment at a local holiday park. There is parking available at just £6 per day or free parking a short walk away.
