Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, a short walk from the centre with shops, eateries and historic features. Use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house. Please note: we have not raised our price; it now includes Airbnb fees.

St David's station flat

Flooded with natural light, this newly renovated one bedroom groundfloor flat is a 2 minute level walk from St David's station. Guests can check themselves in via private entrance with keypad smartlock. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has separate shower and bath. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and living space two quality sofa beds can be easily converted to additional single and small double beds. Reliable high speed internet for smart TV streaming or work in separate workspace.

Cosy 2-Bed, Near City & Quay

Our cosy two-bedroom house sleeps up to four people and is the perfect base for exploring Exeter. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a comfortable living room with a log burner and a private terraced garden. The house is located within walking distance of both the city centre and the Quayside, giving you easy access to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. Whether you're here for a short stay or a longer visit, you’ll find comfort and convenience throughout.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Hard wood floors with underfloor heating. Shower room. Full equipped kitchen. Bike storage. Very short walk from Exeter Central station and High Street. No smoking. Parking nearby can possibly be arranged with me on request and at an extra cost. It is not guaranteed. There are other options parking wise close by.

An oasis of calm in Heavitree close to shops, bus routes and with the city just 10 minutes by bus or a walk of about 25 minutes if you are feeling energetic. This little house offers space and comfort for a great break, close to city, sea and country. It is about an 8 min drive from J29 on the M5 and 15 min drive from St David's railway station or the university. There is private off-road parking, and frequent buses run into central Exeter, the railway station and the airport from nearby.

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Lower ground floor apartment in Regency Villa

Beautiful boutique guest suite in 200 year old Georgian home peacefully located on a private road. You will have your own self contained lower ground floor flat with its own entrance, kitchen, shower room, lounge and king size bedroom. Perfect location and only a short drive to town and the M5. Free off road parking. Bus stop is a few minutes walk away. Use it as a base to explore the rest of Devon including the stunning coastline and breath taking Dartmoor National Park.
