The Villa has its own driveway and private entrance and is separated from the primary residence by the pool area (common use space).

Schommy's

Gorgeous self contained flat seperate from our family home. You have your own private entry into the property.We are located 1km to the centre of town where you'll find restaurants/brewery, IGA and boutique shops. There is space for an extra mattress/cot if needed for family stays, don't hesitate to ask us :) We provide parking for one car. On Wednesdays I work from home in the shed grooming Exmouth's local and travelling fur babies (dog's). I start at 9am and finish at 2pm latest.

Our studio is the perfect base for trips to the Ningaloo Reef, and a 2 min drive or 18 min walk gets you to Exmouth’s town centre full of shops, cafes and a brewery.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish home. We've recently renovated a large portion of the home, with updated living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and backyard. Our home is located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes from the beach and town, featuring an open plan living and kitchen, flooded by light in the mornings and evenings. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!
