Hidden oasis nestled amongst the coconut palms just a short 8 minute drive from town and a short walk to the beautiful and secluded McLeods beach. Recently built, Casa Del Mar is situated on a 2.5-acre property and is completely separate from the main house, so you will have your own space and privacy, making it perfect for a secluded couples get away or a family holiday. It has a King Bed with walk-in robe, en-suite and breakfast bar. The air conditioned Villa is located on a 10,000m2 property situated just 800m from McCleod's Beach and 4km from the town. The Villa has its own driveway and private entrance and is separated from the primary residence by the pool area (common use space).

Our location is perfect, as we are adjacent to the marina and town beach, and within walking distance to the resort for evening cocktails and the game fishing club for sports night!

Tiny Home - a quaint 1 bedroom

Enjoy a stay at our unique and charming 1-bedroom unit in the heart of Exmouth. A 2 minute walk to town, where you’ll find the local shops, cafes & restaurants. Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am
