Challaborough, close to Bigbury on Sea in the South Hams is the most wonderful place to enjoy quality time with family/friends. Cheldon is a large detached bungalow, seconds away from the beach. It sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the main house, with the added versatility of sleeping a further 4 in a separate annex. If your party is larger then 8 and you wish to use the annex, please give us a call as the annex is an extra price. A wonderful seaside property metres from the beach.

This stunning Victorian waterside home is nestled on the banks of the River Exe in the sea side town of Exmouth, Devon. With period features throughout, this eclectic terraced house is ideally situated a few minutes walk away from the railway station, town centre, marina and the main beach. Take a walk down the garden path to sit on the jetty to watch the tides and the sunset. Stay and enjoy everything Exmouth has to offer, from days on the water to world famous meals out .

Peaceful, bright, comfortable and clean.

Spacious bright, airy home is set at the end of a quiet road, approx ten minutes of the bus station, beach and town with multiple shops and pubs with a large garden. Food and children's drinks are not taken into the lounge area please. Table mats are provided for dining table, close by the lounge. Downstairs is almost entirely open plan, except for an additional room where there is a very comfortable sofa bed. No pets at property. NO SMOKING PLEASE.

Our house is wonderfully located with views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its new large decking area overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors. The large, open space is great for a getaway any time of year.

There’s also a scenic train line running directly into Exeter, making it easy to enjoy a day exploring the city before returning to the calm of the coast.
