After you've arrived at my place, we will have a welcome drink together (beer, radler or water, if you like also without alcohol) and introduce ourselves. Get some blue/white cooking pram and hat and let's start the course: 1. Learn how to prepare traditional Bavarian Obazda (Delicious Bavarian cheese spread - matches perfectly with Pretzels ;-) 2. Learn how to make Bavarian Pretzels (Brez'n in Bavarian language) 3. Learn different traditional techniques to eat White Sausages (Weißwurst in Bavarian language) 4. Have a relaxed meal together with our prepared food and learn more about Bavarian culture and traditions
I'm managing some Airbnb flats in Munich with my small team. I was born and raised in the area of Munich and I'm living here since 28 years. I used to work in the gastronomy as a deputy restaurant manager for many years during my studies and also have experience as a bartender. The course will take part at my workshop location in central Munich. The district is called "Maxvorstadt" and the next underground stop "Josephsplatz" is reachable in 4 minutes walking. From Munich Central Station just take underground U2 with direction to "Feldmoching" and exit after 3 stops at "Josephsplatz".
