I’m offering 1 hour yoga classes on the stunning Malvern hills followed by a short walk where I take you to the Beacon - the highest point on the Malverns! The yoga classes are vinyasa flow. I like to start the classes with a relaxation exercise such as guided breathing then I will warm you up to get to a more dynamic sweaty yoga class then a relaxing end leaving you calm yet invigorated.
The yoga class will take place on a flat clearing on the hills near st Ann’s Well and then we will continue further up the hill for the walk.
