The common thread to this experience will be the olive tree and the vine tree. Guests will be received with a natural orange cava glass. To pair this drink we will be presenting 3 types of olive oils made in 3 areas of the Iberian peninsula, Catalunya, Andalucía and Portugal. The olive oil tasting will served with the specific olive so people can have a better understanding and 3 types of organic bread to taste the oil. We will then start a fire for the barbecue made exclusively with olive tree which will add a very specific taste. The starters will be mussels, razor clams and baby calamari made on the fire. A salad made out of 4 types of local tomatoes, onion and cucumber. The main dish will be the fish catch of the day made also on the barbecue. For dessert, we will have a traditional local speciality, pure dark chocolate with extra virgin olive oil and salt paired with a sweet Catalan wine called muscatel.
The entire experience will be held on our rooftop equiped with a barbecue, lounge area and toilettes.
