We will first visit the local wet market and purchase all the fresh ingredients that we need. We then return to my home and be working as a team in the kitchen, I will be the guide and you will be very hands on. I will show you step by step of the Cutting of Vegetables, the thickness, amount and the “secret Marinade of the meat”. I will also teach you the folding method used in Chinese cuisine . In terms of cooking, there are two cooking method for dumplings, either in soup or pan fried, which I will show you both methods. After cooking, we will enjoy the delicious meal we cooked together.
