We’ll move past our famous fish & chips to learn more about British food. Join me on a visit to my favourite local suppliers. We’ll shop for locally caught seafood & pick out award-winning artisan chocolates. Then, we'll hop on the bus & head back to our own private café for the evening. There we’ll use our beautiful ingredients to prepare a seasonal Great British feast together and try some English wines too. (Yep. English wines!). Along the way I’ll teach you what to look for when picking out ingredients. In the kitchen we’ll use some of my favourite (and not so conventional cooking methods) which makes for a really hands-on experience. Eat Like A Chef is not only about cooking. It's about providing a welcoming environment for creativeness and developing new friendships too.
I’ve been a chef for the best part of a decade, & had the opportunity to work in some of London's best kitchens under the guidance of Michelin-starred chefs. I live & breathe London's food scene. You can often find me "doing research" with a face full of street food! Not only in London, but all over the world. With my background in British restaurants, I love to show what our cuisine has to offer. I think that food is maybe the only universal thing that really has the power to bring everyone together, no matter what culture or where you're from people get together around the world to eat

We'll meet in the vibrant area of Angel in North London. Awash with great neighbourhood restaurants serving up food from all over the world. It's a little less tourist trap and more where locals go out. It's my favourite place in the whole of London. We'll head down covert side streets to find the best ingredients, before walking up trendy Upper St to hop on a bus to Highbury where we'll have a café all to ourselves after hours.

Please let me know of any dietary requirements/allergies upon booking. We will be cooking fish mainly. Vegetarians can be accommodated also, just let me know in advance. Comfy shoes are recommended.
