We will have fun, we will exercise and we will enjoy the view! Kostas, our trainer will welcome you to the place and inform you of the basic facts about Panathenaic Stadium area that will host us. Then the training will begin with a brief warm up session that includes simple mobility exercises. The main Cross Training full body will follow with games, ropes and matresses. In the end we will relax with the full body streching and depending on the time of your session will either include the sunset or the bright day view of both the Acropolis and the Stadium.
I am Eleni, a Superhost at Airbnb for more than 2 years, and Kosta Kagkadis, the trainer and co-host of this experience is a graduate of the Physical Education and Sports Science Academia of Athens Greece with an Honors Distinction. Kostas specified as a Fitness and Welness instructor and has worked for more than 4 years with mini groups, large groups and personal training. Kostas trains me for more than 2 years at the open space on the upper part of the Panathenaic Stadium, or else known as Kallimarmaro, that has a full view of the Acropolis and the Stadium itself. We both decided to make it a unique experience for you!

During our experience, Kostat will walk you up the hill via the back door and all along the perimetrical area above the Panathenaic Stadium, that consists of the back training yard. This is the area where the athletes used to train for the Modern Olympics and it is a truly unique setting to workout and relax!

You will have the chance to be trained by Kostas who is a highly pationate expertise in personal training (and a nice fun person!) right where Modern Olympics Athletes used to train. No need to worry about your physical status. Adjustments will be made according to the levels of the people involved!
