Forest Bathing is a beautiful way to deeply relax and restore. Past participants have described the practice as, "Beautiful, Transformative, Magical, Connecting and Healing", offering a "Profoundly impactful experience to help improve upon your life and relationship to nature and The Earth." and , "Helped me deeply relax; become fully present and step out of my day to day stresses." We will gently cover less than a mile of easy garden and park grounds, over flat terrain. You will be guided through a series of sensory connection invitations to practice Forest Bathing and a new level of Nature Mindfulness. We will complete our experience with a tea ceremony, tasting locally foraged tea.
