We are Xavi & Helena, born and raised in Barcelona, and we would love to show you around! Xavi is an architect who has lived abroad in five different countries and has also traveled all around the world. His other passion is food. As an architect, he worked in Shanghai were he designed projects of all types from urban planning, to offices, to boutique hotels. He also worked on the refurbishment of an old country house in Mallorca. Helena has lived abroad for more than 5 years, working as a Spanish language instructor in South Korea. Before, I worked as a visitor assistant inside Sagrada Familia. It is there where I found love for Gaudí's architecture and his most celebrated artwork. There is no other church like this in the world and the views from the top of the towers are simply breathtaking!
We start having tapas and sangria at a local restaurant and churros for dessert! Then, we will see the Sagrada Familia temple from all sides. We will walk around it, seeing the 3 main facades, the absis, the nave and will also get some distance and perspective to get a better view on the towers that are currently under construction.
This experience does not include tickets to visit Sagrada Familia from the inside. However, it is a great complement to get tickets to explore the temple inside after the tour.
