This is an experience to fully immerse yourself in the Ayurvedic lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to learn how to make "ayurvegan" hamburgers, chapati breads, sauces and more. In addition, you will learn the basics of Ayurvedic nutrition, which will be a tool that you can apply in your daily life. I´ll welcome you at home with a special Ayurvedic infusion to activate your digestive fire (Agni). Meanwhile, I´ll explain you what we are going to do during the workshop. Then you will answer a quiz to discover your biotype (dosha), which will be essential to understand which is the best way for you to eat what we are going to prepare. I will start the workshop explaining the principles to take into account to cook ayurveda (importance of the 5 elements and knowledge of the biotype or dosha). I will also teach you how to use spices and mix foods, so that it is not harmful to your digestive system. We will start cooking class preparing 1 type of burguers and explainig others types of them. I´ll tell you what you should take in account to make the mix. Then we will make gluten-free chapatis, salad, special sesame sauce and sunflower seed & coconut pesto. I will make sure that our senses are impregnated with the essence of India, so will have Indian music in the background while we´re cooking and learning. You will receive all recipes by email after the experience
I was born in Venezuela, but I´m from Bcn. I´m a happy ayurveda nutrition specilist and entrepreneur. I have been studying and living ayurveda for 3 years. Although I have already received my certification, I continue my learning both in Ayurveda, and in other related areas, such as bioenergetic nutrition, yoga and meditation. As a result of experiencing a radical life change thanks to ayurveda, I decided to create my current project called Vida Éter, which was created to help people who need to change a disorderly and stressed life for a conscious life, through on a Ayurveda nutrition plan. In addition to helping people, I´m passionate about teaching and I love cooking. So that I give a cookery classes and run workshops on Ayurveda, because this is a very powerful tool to empower people to have control of their diet and health.

In a flat right in front of the Montjuic Park, it is where our immersion in the Ayurvedic lifestyle will take place. My flat is in the Poble Sec neighborhood, right next to Blai street (famous for its bars). There is nothing to worry about, we will be watched by Goddess Saraswati and a God from Sri Lanka who doesn´t allow bad energies in my home :)
