At 3,343m, Marmolada is the highest peak in the Dolomites Mountain Range and a true paradise for freeride skiers. Join me on this off-piste skiing day and I'll show you all of my favorite spots: wide open runs, steep couloirs and lots of deep powder snow! What I love about skiing on Marmolada is that it is a great place to learn the basics of freeride skiing. This group experience is targeted to good skiers who are giving their first steps off-piste. Take into account that you should be comfortable skiing on black runs within resort boundaries to join. During our day together, we’ll ski down one of the sides of Marmolada. We will go up to its second highest point, Punta Rocca (3,265m), and from there enjoy an amazing off-piste ski descent of more than 1,000m to Lago di Fedaia, a beautiful mountain lake at 2,000m. You won't believe the views along the way! If there are 3 or more of you in your party, contact me directly and I'll offer you a good discount. I have been skiing in Marmolada since I was a kid and followed my father, who is also a mountain guide, all around the mountain. I am excited to show you all my favorite runs in this area that I love so much. Come join me!
We, Gauthier and Etienne, have been offering mountain trips in the Dolomites for many years. Etienne is a certified ski instructor and mountain guide based in Val di Fassa, in these beautiful mountains. He learned to guide from his father who is also a guide and who would take him on his climbing and skiing trips when he was a child. He became a ski instructor at 19 and then an IFMGA-certified guide at 21 and has been guiding in the Dolomites ever since. Gauthier will be your main point of contact during the whole booking process.
