In this class, you are going to make a colorful plate lunch with easy decorated sushi (Oshi sushi-Pressd sushi), Dashi maki tamago (rolled Japanese-style omelet), and Tori tsukune (Japanese chicken meatballs). It's a class of about 3 hours. The capacity is 1-6 people. First, you learn about Japanese Dashi stock (Japanese Umami) You can experience shaving Katsuobushi : dried and fermented bonito with a cutter box. Then, we make Dashi maki tamago with Dashi stock, using square pan. Next we make Oshi sushi (Pressed sushi). I cook Japanese rice beforehand with rice cooker. When we make sushi rice, we use sushi oke and Japanese fan. Then, we'll stuff the rice and vegetables in the mold and press them. We'll cook original Oshi sushi. Finally we cook Tori tsukune (Japanese chicken meatballs). We make vegetable decorations, and decorate all on one plate. It is easy and perfect recipe for a casual home party. ( I have also vegetarian and vegan's menu.) Then you can relax with authentic green tea (Matcha) with Japanese sweets after having this menu together. I will perform a simple Japanese tea ceremony.
