During this interactive session I’ll teach you the basics of cooking a plant based (vegan) meal with farmers market ingredients. You’ll learn how to use delicious local produce in new and unique combinations. I’ll also give you tips on cooking, fighting food waste, and making meals ahead of time. Of course, we’ll take breaks to enjoy some local snacks/wine and taste some hot sauces, made right here in our commercial kitchen. You’ll get to enjoy the meal we make together at the end of the session. You will also go home with the recipes.
