Mt. Mitake is revered as a sacred place enveloped by the beauty of nature. Mt. Mitake is home to many spiritual places like Musashi Mitake Shrine and waterfalls under which people meditate. This tour will allow you to experience a unique and different side of Tokyo that you never knew existed before. Meet at Mitake staion (JR Ome-line) at 8:20 am (weekday) at 8:30 am (weekend & holiday) We will take bus at 8:30 (weekday) or at 8:36 (weekend), and then take Cable car. After arriving to Mt. Mitake in the early morning via cable car, we'll head to the shrine's guest house, and experience the spiritual world of Shinto there. Mindfulness meditation and crystal bowl healing led by a Shinto priest will release your stress and leave you with a memorable experience. During our hike, you'll see a number of spiritual places as well as beautiful scenery. Afterwards, we'll head to a restaurant on the mountain for lunch. We'll take a rest a picturesque spot and then get some clean and delicious mountain spring water along the way. After we're finished hiking, I'll take you to a beautiful cafe located on the banks of a river. We will dismiss at 5 pm at Mitake station. We will go to shrine's guest house for meditation on Mt. Mitake, and some spiritual spot such as Musashi Mitake shrine and waterfall, and observation deck overlooking Tokyo. And then, we will walk around Mitake gorge and go to cafe with beautiful view. As an option, I can take you to the hot spring after the tour.
