We are going to serve you some traditional mezzes and local dishes for your experience. You will join us for preparation of the table or the mezzes. You going to learn about ingredients history and usage forms when we preparing them. Some of this mezzes come from my grandma's recipes and some of them just modernized versions of traditional mezzes. We going to prepare mezzes below; - Dried Cacik - Smoked Yoghurt and Eggplant - Atom - Rocket Salad - Stuffed Chard - Zucchini Paste - Hummus - Antalya Piyaz
When i was a little boy, i always checked what my mom cooks for us and tried to be part of it. I decided to become a chef/cook when i was eleven years old. First studied Business Administration but at the same time i start cooking for local businesses and selected Hotels like Hilton. Then i found out that i need certificated and education for my cooking career. I studied Culinary Arts at MSA in İstanbul and get my MSA and City & Guilds Certificates from there. I do cooking for six years now. And for this part of my career i want to cook traditional mezzes and local dishes for new faces around the world.
