We will start with a welcome coffee and cookies to get to know each other a little bit. You will learn how to prepare typical and lovely Italian meals including starters (bruschette and crostini), homemade pasta (tagliatelle ) with tasty sauces (tomatoes, pesto, ragù either from meat or vegetarian) . We will start with flour and eggs and hands in dough! From the base of the dough you will do in first person, following my instructions . Together we will cook the pasta , set the table to eat together all the fresh pasta you have made ! This is a beginner course, no knowledge of cooking is required and every participant will receive written english instructions
I am Lara (I am italian from Lake Garda) and I love to share my passion for food, for Italian homemade pasta and gastronomy. Recipes are passed down through generations and I learned how to cook from my grandma and my mother Maura. Over the years, I have learned to appreciate “simple Italian" and I think that if you use fresh, quality ingredients, you do not need to put in a lot of effort to create a delicious meal. I’m lucky enough to live part of the year in Italy, at the Garda Lake, and part in Maui, so I wait for you in a magical intimate of my house!

This fine class will be held in my house, that is a Guest house in the Maui Country Club. We will have the lunch in the nice veranda over looking the golf club. If you love pasta and want to learn how to make it, this class is for you!
