As an experienced endurance trail runner and swimmer Kerran regularly trains in the black mountains, and competes in ultra distance events across Europe. This event, in association with the Nomadic Running Company, aims to get a group of likeminded people out running in the mountains. After the run Ruth will meet the group at the pub where she will lead a discussion around a topic related to running - here people can share their experiences, stories, tips and training tricks. Ruth and Kerran aim to share their love of the outdoors and adventuring with like minded people.
A round on us! A beer or a soft drink to enjoy during the discussion.
