We will meet at Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station or at Princesa Isabel Av. (the best for you). While walking through the boardwalk towards Morro do Leme, I will tell you all about Copacabana history. There, we will begin our ascend and start the photo session. If you also want tips to take better pictures, just ask me about during the tour. The trail is paved but a bit steep. Don’t worry if you are not in shape. Take your time while we enjoy the forest and fauna. Once up there we will have 1 hour to see the view, photograph or just relax. Most people don't realize how many history we have around and I'd love to share it all with you. Our tour will end by Leme beach, on the fisherman path, drinking a coconut water.
Hello, my name is Renata and I’ve been a photographer for 30 years. Even working for the corporate market most of my life, adventure has always been around me. I enjoy the outdoors and I search the beauty of places and people. Last year I took a sabbatic traveling with my daughter and since then, I rethink my life. I’ve realized that I want more than just a job and started a new career as a tourism guide. By sharing my knowledge or just shooting you with Rio iconic views, I hope I can make an impact on how people see my beloved city.
Leme and Copacabana share the same beach but are different neighborhoods. The first is a residential area and the second, one of the most touristic spot in Brazil. Located near the entrance of Guanabara Bay, Morro do Leme has one of the most spectacular views of Rio. From there you can see the iconic Rio: beaches, favelas, Corcovado and Sugar Loaf. What most people don't know is how much History we have around.
