After meeting in my pizzeria restaurant, we'll go together at the market to buy the fresh vegetables used for the Pizza toppings. Once back, we'll start preparing together the pizza dough in all its stages and secrets, and talking about ingredients, techniques and life experiences. All the recipes will be easily replicable at home with home equipments. We'll end the class baking the pizzas, finishing with the toppings of the day...and eat it all together!
I’m the Executive Chef and co-founder of LAFS PIZZA, the new pizza romana temple in Petitenget Seminyak Bali. Prior to opening LAFS, I've worked in Bali as Executive/Head Chef for the italian restaurants Zibiru, Bottega Italiana and Tempted. In Italy my highlight work was for the 2-Michelin stars Villa Crespi Relais & Châteaux restaurant and appeared on the 5th edition of MasterChef Italia. I am very passionate about kitchen since I am a kid and is always my priority in my daily life and my travels.
You'll eat in, or take-away, all the pizza you cook at LAFS PIZZA.
You'll visit and cook in LAFS PIZZA kitchen, together with the Executive Chef and the baker. You'll visit also the local market with the Chef, to choose and buy the vegetables for the toppings of the day.
