We will join our certified truffle hunter and his dogs in search of the precious white truffle, learning about the amazing and unique process of finding this elusive mushroom. We will go through the private truffle grounds of our farm, which we take care of all the year to help the growing of truffles. An English speaking guide will accompany us and explain the process step by step. At the end of the hike, which takes about 1.5 hour, we offer a tasting of organic, self-produced or local products at the farm shop.
Other things to note
You can reach our farm by car (best choice) or by train + taxi (adventurous choice). Please bring appropriate shoes. The hunt might be cancelled in case of rain.

Our organic farm is an extensive property near San Miniato, renowned for the production of high-quality white truffles. We work on the wood maintenance all year round to improve the growing of this precious product and we're happy to share the results of this effort with our guests. We have been hosting truffle hunts since 17 years ago.
體驗地點
We'll hike through some of the private truffle grounds of our organic farm near San Miniato, Tuscany. San Miniato is one, among the few places in Italy, famous for the production of high-quality white truffles, which are exported worldwide. The farm is not far from the Tuscan main cities (San Gimignano, Florence, Pisa, Lucca)
This was one of the highlights of our trip. Very unique, special experience. The dogs ended up finding 4 white truffles during our hunt for roughly a $150 Euro value. Once they find one and start digging it is very exciting. Afterwards we were treated to delicious cheese/pork ragu, bread and wine. Francesco and Giovanni we’re awesome. Just wear appropriate clothing and check your body over for ticks at the end of the day as you are hiking in a riverbed deep in the forest.
