I am pastry chef and I am absolutely passionate about my job. After working for several years in the most luxury hotels in Paris like the RITZ or the MANDARIN ORIENTAL, I decided to show everyone how beautiful this profession is. I have been creating different types of Gourmet Tours based on my customers desires : chocolate, viennoiserie, cake, ice cream, relax, very historical.... I introduce the customers to the most passionate and dedicated chefs in Paris and we are lucky enough to discover their kitchen as well. Thanks to my pastry skills, I can give you all the secrets and insights on French pastries. I was also very lucky to work with a lot of very talented pastry chefs who are now very happy to show you their world.
