No tickets to the Anne Frank House?
Enjoy an even richer experience in the exclusive Virtual Reality (VR) tour of the Anne Frank House! To provide context to Anne’s story we dive into Amsterdam's Jewish history by foot first.
From our starting location we explore the Jewish Historic Quarter. You'll hear the story of Jewish life in the city along the various landmarks that we pass. You find out that there was a thriving community centuries before the outbreak of WWII. We pass the Portuguese Synagogue, the Dokworker, the Auschwitz Monument, our favorite street in the city, a cool story of resistance at the zoo, and find out how 600 children were saved from the Holocaust. Along the way, there are many more stories to tell on this interactive experience.
After 1,5-2h of walking, we go into my favorite local Amsterdam cafe to get further acquainted while enjoying a coffee (or beer). This is where we put on our VR headsets. You'll get a great first-hand look and feel of where Anne was in hiding in Virtual Reality. Unlike the over-crowded museum you have the house all to yourself with us. We even provide exclusive access to the secret attic. With the sounds of planes flying over, you feel as if you were there.
Many of our guests who have visited the Anne Frank House, mention this VR experience is a richer and more personal experience than the museum. A great alternative!

We had such a great tour! A really unique way of getting our bearings on the city whilst learning about its rich and interesting history. Seeing the Anne Frank House in VR was very engaging and insightful and our guide was so friendly and knowledgable. We had a fantastic morning, would certainly recommend this.

We were unable to get tickets for the Anne Frank museum. Instead we enjoyed spending time in a cafe near her actual home. We enjoyed the virtual reality aspect of the tour and walking around her neighborhood after, visiting the location of her home, the bookstore where her journal was purchased as well as her school. Very interesting experience. Happy to have had it away from the crowds with a very knowledgeable host. Perfect for us.

The VR tour was way better than the museum; much more personal. Learning about Anne’s life and her neighborhood felt really special. Vince is very knowledgeable but moreover just a totally fun guy. I really enjoyed spending time and exploring a lesser known part of the city. Would highly recommend!!!
