I'll take you to a cafe called OnJapan Cafe located in Harajuku, one of the most fashionable area in Tokyo. This cafe offers tastes and experiences of Japan with dishes that embody traditional Japanese Washoku, and with a wide range of activities related to Japanese culture.

Satoko is one of the best people that I had the pleasure of meeting in Japan! She is extremely passionate about sake, but more than that, she is passionate about connecting with people. As an American, it is rare to meet someone with such perfect and delightful manners as Satoko, and that in itself makes the class worth it! Beyond that, Satoko shares her extensive understanding of sake with you, from its original inception to its brewing process, to my favorite part, the process of savoring it. I had no idea there were so many different kinds of sake, each with their own personality and nuance. I learned a ton. I am an Airbnb employee and appreciated the chance to be one of the first guests to experience her workshop. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to connect with a trustworthy, genuine Tokyo city host.

Satoko is a warm, generous person. I love that she brings you to hidden gems all over Tokyo that you could never find on your own as a tourist. With her, you get the star treatment everywhere you go! Now I have enough knowledge about sake to go out and seek fine sake everywhere I go. If you love sake, learning about local customs, or want to meet a cool local, this is the experience for you!
