My experience will be a tasting menu that will focus on the authentic flavors of my land and on its richest and most traditional menus. We will taste what is the Sunday meal in Umbria, a rich biological menu and full of heart. From the beginning to the end we will all be together as we once did in the family; only that everything they eat will be cooked by a professional who is also the hostess.
My name is Concetta and I was born in the kitchen. Growing up in the family restaurant, one of the most famous and ancient in Assisi, I took my first steps between the pans of my father's chef and the mise en place and my mother's centerpieces. I soon graduated in advertising techniques to make room for my creativity without ever forgetting my origins. Now I am a food Strategist and social media manager who deals exclusively with accommodation facilities. I continue to cook in my many events and for my family. I left the city to live in the woods with my daughters and my husband with whom I share a passion for the vegetable garden and for cooking.
We will eat at my house, in the farmyard in the summer and in the dining room when the weather conditions do not allow eating outside.
