Upon arriving, I will welcome you into my private kitchen with a glass of wine or a delicious fresh fruit juice. I will have a special appetizer ready to eat while we begin to prepare the ingredients used for our TWO PERFECT PASTA cooking class. You will learn how to create two fantastic pasta recipes to take home with you. We will use a variety of seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes. Later, we will sit down and enjoy everything we cook on my rooftop terrace, overlooking the historical center of Rome. I am an American-Italian living in Rome and a crazy food person! I have always worked in restaurants and private catering kitchens where my love for cooking was born. I love to create that perfect bite that excites and teases the palette. My mission is to combine classic seasonal Italian ingredients while bringing a bit of fun and whimsy to the palette. Cooking and eating are adventures best enjoyed when shared amongst new friends. I present my personal style through artful food presentations. I experiment with authentic herbs and spices and locally grown Italian vegetables which inspire me to create new flavors. I welcome guests from all around the world to my home in the heart of Rome.
