After a brief introduction of the ice cream preparation recipe, you will have the opportunity to prepare in our laboratory some flavors of traditional Italian ice cream.
At the end you will eat the ice cream we have prepared together and you will receive our "ice-cream lover diploma".
Families and little artisans are more than welcome!
Other things to note
If you have a preferred taste we'll do our best to settle all the ingredients for you. In case of any food intolerance or allergic, please inform us in advance.

The location of the experience is Accademia 64 Lab, adjacent the ice cream shop, where you will touch and feel the magic creation of Italian ice-cream.
This experience exceeded all expectations!
We received the warmest of greetings on arrival, learnt about the different types of gelato and made two mind blowing flavours. You will definitely not leave hungry and we cannot recommend this experience highly enough. A must for lovers of gelato :)

We made 2 contrasting gelati under Giuseppe's expert guidance in a real Gelateria with pro equipment, all the way from base ingredients. He and Anna were patient, welcoming and very friendly, and gave us a lot of interesting background to the art. A great wet weather activity, and the resulting product was super tasty too!
At the end we got a certificate describing us as Great Gelato Lovers - if we weren't before, then Anna & Giuseppe converted us!
