We will meet and taste one of the 10 classic Cuban cocktails—our popular and refreshing mojito. We will discover its history and, step by step we will help you prepare your own. Then we'll enjoy them together while learning about the history of our legendary city of Trinidad.

The experience is very interesting. It gives more than the history of the mojito. Virginia gave us an idea of the history of the region trinidad and the local tips. The tapas were very tasty and mojitos super delicious (as we have made them ourselves). We recommend this experience in Trinidad.

We booked this experience for our first night in Trinidad and it could not have been a better first activity! First of all, the class took place on Anna’s beautiful roof patio. There were gorgeous views of the mountains and the city, and the class took place during sunset. Anna was a lovely host, and a great teacher! She was so kind and made us feel so welcome from the jump, giving us souvenirs and explaining the history of Trinidad and the mojito. Also...the mojitos were delicious! Anna was great to talk to about other places we should visit and Cuban history in general. Definitely would recommend!

Oh My Goodness! ANA was the BEST!! Such an awesome experience. We went to a rooftop and learned how to make mojitoes the cuban way, Ana gave us some history and their little dog messe was the cutest! Our group was really rowdy ( sorry ANA you are amazing) and she made the experience fun and so memorable! We love you!!!
