It's a comprehensive running tour from 6-8 km to discover the heart and soul of a real city. We will discover ancient and brand new Athens. See Athens the way Athenians see it, beautiful and yet often messy. The route passes through the National garden all the way down to the beautiful and famous pedestrian walkway in front of Acropolis museum around the ancient rock with the Parthenon which ends up to the most traditional and ancient Athenian neighborhood and meets secret paths and small alleys between ancient and brand new streets. Our best part is the last, Panathenaic Stadium where we will run up to the top of it to breath down while we are enjoying an amazing view to city of Athens, from the sea till the mountains. Finally, we’ll end up back where we started in Street Workout Athens inspired and fully rejuvanated for some stretching exercises, water and snacks.

The running route discovers the city of Athens. The meeting point is a spot named Street Workout Athens which is located in an old Gymnasium in the center of Athens, in a secret courtyard right in the middle of one of the city’s busiest spots. We run National Garden, the beautiful Plaka, Acropolis, the Parthenon rock. We pass the neoclassical Zappeion Hall and run uphill to Panathenaic Stadium with the amazing view to the city and the sea.
