We will experience a custom 9-course dinner at the chef’s table at Petit Crenn, renowned chef Dominique Crenn's homage to her family and childhood in Brittany. We will meet and talk with the culinary team at Petit Crenn, and our group will engage in a lively discussion about the business of dinner, from artisanal producers to food trucks, and from fine dining to fast food.
