Join me for a walk across the stunningly beautiful Hampstead Heath. An ancient London park, covering 790 acres, we'll begin and end in the heart of Hampstead village, stopping off for refreshments at Kenwood House. With the option to take a tour of the museum before carrying on our walk through the woods, you'll spend a leisurely morning (or afternoon) in the company of a true Hampsteadian and her faithful hound! Suitable all ages, except small children as we will walk approx 2.5 miles. All you need is a decent pair of trainers! If the scheduled time doesn’t suit you, contact me to arrange an alternative.
Tea or coffee at Kenwood House
We'll meet by the entrance of Hampstead Heath before setting off to Kenwood House. You'll return to Hampstead Village in time for lunch (or afternoon tea). This walk is all about nature and we’ll make our way to Kenwood and back via some beautiful scenery - from sweeping views of London, to picture postcard corners of majestic parkland. Kenwood Museum hosts paintings by Gainsborough, Rembrandt and Vemeer to name but a few. It’s a hidden gem.
最多可供8位年滿10歲的旅人參加。 Guests should have a reasonable level of fitness as we will be walking for approx 2.5 miles at a leisurely pace. Please bring suitable walking shoes and rain gear, it can get muddy in winter.
I usually bring my dog Tinker on the walk. She is very friendly, but if you have a fear of dogs or pet allergy please let me know in advance as she’ll stay home.
