Well enjoy cooking laughing and sharing food and beverages together and then sit to enjoy all that we've cooked. As we cook we will & eat you will go through mindful eating & cooking practices. Using mindfulness to connect to our food can drastically change how you connect with your food and self in the future! if you'd rather skip all the hub bub around mindful eating and simply skip to the enjoyment of our food with one another we can do that too! Mindful cooking and eating you say? Its a fun Portland Spin on the traditional american eating cooking and eating style. We don't fly through the kitchen reheating food here. We get curious about the food we are preparing and cooking. Mindfully being guided by a home and family cooking advocate that will give you food for thought about where our food come from and how we can incorporate more home cooking into our everyday lives as a relationship building exercise with our families and friends.
