I am a wild spirit, connected with nature. I'm a biologist that has grown up in Mexico City, one of the biggest cities in Latin America, so I need to get curious and adventurous in order to search for the nature landscapes and ecosystems that resists the big pressure of a city constantly growing. In the academic and professional aspect, I have experience working on the Magdalena template forest, the chinampas of Xochimilco lake and in the National Park that is inside of the National Autonomous University of Mexico! I have specialized in biocultural management of the natural resources, so I not only know about the biological and ecosystemic stuff, I get the complete panorama with the history of Mexico City in the pre columbian time, the conqueror of the Mexica Empire, the colonial time and the moderns times.
All the trip takes place in the National Autonomous University of Mexico, that is in the south of the city. Inside of the campus we will go to three different points that combines, art, culture and nature: the Sculpture Space, the School of Architecture and the Central Library.
