Yumi will pick up guests at meeting place 10 minutes prior to the lesson strating time, then 11:00 sharp the program will get started with introduction of soba noodle history and demonstration about 30 minutes, followed by soba noodle making activites by all guest about 60 minutes, then Yumi will teach you how to make soba dipping sauce and broth for hot soba noodle as well. Usually around 12:45hrs would be the time to taste foods guests have cooked in about 30 minutes with casual chatting to share food cultures behind and etc. My studio is located nearby Tsukiji market, Ginza shopping street where guets have many options available after the cooking class. The cooking studio is very cozy, and homey which would be accommodated maximum 4 persons at the same time, so you feel very comfortable with more private atmosphere.
