We will meet at 20:00 in our Slow Food Kitchen which is located in Carrer Fonollar 14, in the heart of Barcelona's Born district. We will return to our Kitchen and begin the actual course by preparing a refreshing Sangria. Afterwards we will cook the Seafood Paella and the other dishes on our menu together. In the end we will all eat the dishes we have prepared not without toasting with the Spanish ecological white and red wines and quality beer. At the end of the meal you will receive a useful recipe book that you can use once you return to your home. We'll finish the class around 22:30.
Hello everyone, my name is Giovanni and I will be your Host! Graduated in Food Science and Technology in Parma University, I have always loved anything related to cooking. In 2006 I arrived in Barcelona and I opened a fresh pasta restaurant. Over the years I have approached the world of Slow Food. My tenets of eating and teaching: GOOD, CLEAN, FAIR and LOCAL... bringing together products and traditions, cooking techniques and nutritional knowledge. For this reason, in 2018 I opened Slow Food Kitchen, of which I am one of the founding members. I will receive you in my space that I designed specifically to amaze you, with an industrial but welcoming and regenerating retro taste, perfect for teaching you how to cook traditional Spanish recipes as if you were in the kitchen of a real restaurant.
