We will meet together before entering into the water to discuss some safety standards and local wildlife laws before snorkeling. We will grab our gear, and make our way into the water. This experience is about 1 hour in length. Karim and I will have our cameras to take photographs of your experience. We will explore the corals , say hello to some local sea turtles, or honu, that live in this area, and swim above the rippled sandy bottom of the sea floor. There is a special cave in which we will stop to watch the turtles swimming in and out. We will offer tips on taking underwater photos if you have brought your own camera, or tips on diving and maneuvering in the water during photo opportunities. We simply ask that you don't touch the wildlife or the coral. While we typically always see sea turtles, they are wild animals and cannot predict their behavior or if/when we will see them.
I'm a certified underwater freediver, model, photographer and cinematographer. My passion for the underwater world started at a very young age and have always placed sharing my experiences with others as a high priority to propel my passion. I have traveled around the world freediving with some of the largest mammals in the ocean. I love sharing my experiences through photo and video but thought I could share it even more by bringing people with me on my adventures. Karim Iliya will also be co-hosting the adventure. He has more than 15 years of photography experience and has been published in NatGeo and worked with BBC on their episode on the islands of hawaii. Together we look forward to hosting your snorkel tour.

We will meet at Makena Landing, where we will head into the water in search of sea turtles and lava tubes which are now covered in corals and many other fish and wildlife. We will follow the side of the coral which flourishes with wildlife.
