I will invite you to my "secret" home and enjoy a cozy dinner together. As a home chef I will prepare and cook. It's a tradional, seasonal home style meal (4-5 course) . You can help me to prepare food if you want (I can show you how to cook a bit), or you just watch my cooking while having some herbal tea.
You will eat like locals, real Vietnamese home meal, not the way Vietnamese food be served in restaurants or in other countries. A deeper look inside Vietnamese cuisine, more exotic and complicated. We then can talk and share our stories over dinner. I'm a writer and have been to 50 countries so I would love to meet interesting people around the world.

Other things to note
You arrange your own transportation.
Bring you camera and an empty belly.

I'm Oanh. I'm a food journalist, writer and a chef. My mom taught me how to cook traditional Vietnamese food. I travel to 50 countries and counting, always like to meet new people around the world. That's why I want to host dinner at my home to share the love of good food, the love for living a full life. It's like you having dinner with friends and we can exchange stories.
體驗地點
We will walk from the meeting point to my tiny vintage home, just next to. It's a small "secret" apartment inside an old French building. It's decoration is very unique and lovely that you can't find in anywhere else. We will have a cozy dinner together.

The coconut chicken red curry, I had 4 bows!

A great experience with a talented writer and a wonderful, warm host. Oanh cooked a delicious meal for us and takes us through what she was doing and how the Vietnamese go about putting a meal together.
