We want you to experience a full immersion from A to Z on the production of olive oil and wine from the Castelli Romani area and taste the best food and wine the region has to offer. From the olive grove where you will taste our organic olive oil and the vineyards to the winery and bottling plant. The wine will be paired during the lunch with typical products of the Castelli Romani: you will taste bread "Casareccio" from Genzano, "Porchetta" from Ariccia, and much more. Nina will not only lead you through a tasting of local wines, but will provide you with tastings techniques that focus on identifying key characteristics in a wine along with food and wine paring tips.
I'm Alessandro and with my wife Nina we own an organic farm founded in 1780 by my family Jacobini. My family used to have their own winery, but in the 1950 they founded a winery cooperative of hundreds of producer and now we export our wine all over the world, producing more than 10 millions bottle of wine every year: one of the biggest winery in central Italy. The tour and wine tasting will also be led by my wife Nina, an American/Italian, a certified sommelier and wine export manager.

I will pick you up at the train station Cecchina, which is a 2 minute drive from the farm. We will start the tour in Ariccia on my farm and family land: We will be walking trough the olive groves and the vineyards. After the vineyard, we will proceed to the winery for a tour of the structure and have a private lunch paired with our wines in the winery's tasting room.
