Fun & creative culinary experience FOR EVERYBODY!!
DO not miss the chance to dive into Korean real life!!
Look around supermarket where I usually go and buy some seasonal fruits for our lunch!! You can look into ordinary life in Korea.
We'll have ice-breaking time drinking a welcome drink at my home. *The seasonal drinks can be changed.*
You'll make *Kimchi* *Gimbap* & *Jeon* which I used to make for picnics or lunchboxes (called "Dosirak"도시락 in Korean) for my family. Even a beginner can cook with my guidance.
1. " Kimchi"
There are various kinds of Kimchi which is an essential side dish
for Korean culinary. I'll give you tips on making it easily.
2. "Kimbap"(gimbap)
is the most popular picnic food in Korea. And as a LIGHT MEAL.
It's got several delicious ingredients in it. "
3. ''Jeon''(a.k.a Korean pancake)
You'll make 2 kinds of Jeon And also I'll provide a baked egg
(구운 계란) commonly eaten in Jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) on
TV drama.
** Now, you can try NOT ONLY Korean Style Picnic BUT ALSO KIMCHI !**
Other things to note

I have been making home food for more than 20 years. I always consider the balance of nutrition for my family. Also, when I visit other countries I always look for the country’s traditional food. I really love sharing my cooking and traveling experience with others.
I have hosted many foreign friends to my home and shared Korean culture and food. An American girl was at my home for 4 months and we had happy time cooking together. Especially I was really moved when she cooked me Kimchi fried rice which I taught her how to cook.

Jamsil is a very attractive area. You can see Lotte Tower(the tallest building in Korea; 123 floors) from the Jamsilsaenae station. It’s a 15 min- walk from my home. I highly recommend you to visit there after cooking. There is a beautiful lake around it as well.
Gangnam is near my place. It's 10mins. by subway.

Wonderful unique experience...some of the cooking ingredients were from her mother’s garden and touching and made us feel part of their family for a moment. Their apartment was elegant with such a beautiful kitchen.and an amazing view of Seoul and the river Han. It was a pleasure to carry out all the steps of preparing a delicious meal.

Hyunae is a very friendly teacher and i felt very comfortable communicating with her. She taught us 3 dishes that day and everything was completed on time without rush. I like how we did the class in the house which made the whole experience much more authentic and easy-going. Everything was clean, neat and prettily set from preparation, cooking to lunch. I would definitely join her class again during my next visit to Seoul!

I attend Hyunae’s class today., she meet us with her sister. Both are really friendly and funny, it is indeed an mazing class. She started the class with a very delicious citrusy drink which I love it. Very open kitchen which lends perfectly to a fun & social atmosphere. Im from Saudi Arabia & my classmates from Japan thats where we start to share stories and experiences about our different culinary history during cooking. The food was fantastic, and the ingredients were fresh. Im planing on coming back if there are any new class with Hyunae! Big thank you for her and her sister for making that experience possible to happen!
