With this experience, helped by our faithful dog, we give guests the opportunity to learn about the mystery, the uniqueness of the truffle world, from a privileged point of view, accompanying them through a multi-sensory journey to discover the truffle. We will teach you how to find truffles in the woods of the Crete Senesi and S. Miniato, we will reveal the secrets of the truffle hunters accompained by the smells of nature, of the soil, impregnated with the scent of the truffle.
We will pass through the "Truffles experience", a special, unique and incredible path , inside our company, up to the taste,in our tasting room, through a lunch completely based on truffles.

I'm descendant of four truffle hunters generations, since the late 1800's.
I was very young when I started to work with truffles and, in 1988 I opened my first small artisan workshop.
Since I was young I believed in a dream and worked hard to make it come true:runs the path of tradition, always accompained by the desire to experience.

The truffle hunting experience, will start in the woods of the Castelfiorentino, with our our faithful dog.We will teach you, how to find truffle, in our private property.
This experience will continue, through an emotional, multi-sensory journey within our company: the "Truffles experience" until its conclusion in the tasting room, where a lunch, entirely based on truffles, will take place.

We had a fantastic truffle hunting experience with Elisa (not Stefania) who was amazing at accommodating us, particularly our two young children. We found 5 white truffles and our 5-yr old son particularly enjoyed giving Pepe the dog treats when he found each one! The private woods we went to were stunning and it felt very special.
The lunch was delicious and again Elisa and the chef were very patient with our children which was hugely appreciated. Only thing to mention is that the lunch didn’t include fresh white truffle, I’m guessing because it is very expensive, but it did include lots of fresh summer truffle and some of Stefania’s white truffle products which you can also buy.

Amazing experience!! We didn’t get to meet Stefania but Samantha & Eliza we’re perfect hosts.
We expected a truffle hunting experience and a truffle inspired lunch afterwards but both exceeded our expectations, we really weren’t expecting the informative & interactive presentation about the history of truffle hunting that also accompanied the experience though.
Samantha & Eliza were such considerate, informative and welcoming hosts and we learned a lot about the Truffle hunt itself from Merono and Leo.
Amazing experience!! We didn’t get to meet Stefania but Samantha & Eliza we’re perfect hosts.
